Sick :-(

This past weekend, both my bf and I got sick!!! I think he is more sick than I am… at least from the looks because I only have a sore throat and no runny nose!! Thank God!! But I do hate when I get that persistent cough that wont go away… especially during a meeting where only one person is speaking. Ah!

Anyways, to make the long story short, I have not worked out at all this week! Ah! :-O

I feel so bad for not working out, but I feel it’s best to allow my body to fight off the evil virus and worry about working out AFTER recovering… especially since my workout buddy (bf) is even more sick than I am. :-(

I am still eating good and hanging on in there with my eating habits… I am still at 202, so I haven’t lost anything in over a week or so!! :-) But I’m feeling okay about that because tomorrow is my weigh-in with a co-worker of mine (we started a Healthy Challenge Jan 6th…so, we’re weighing-in the 6th of every month) and since Jan 6th I’ve lost about 8 lbs…. although I don’t really see it, I feel it! :-)

One of my high school friends that I have not seen in FOREVER invited me to a b-day party in March. She is inviting a lot of our high school friends—99.9% of which I haven’t seen since graduation!! Well, my goal is to lose at least 20 lbs by the party and I’m so excited that I’m almost half way!! :-) I will be so excited when I reach the 200 mark… especially excited when I weigh 199!! I am so ready for that number! Woohooo LOL

Anyways, just wanted to blab a little to keep me motivated. :-) We can do it!
